507 Meats is an extension of Coleman Farms, a third-generation family farm in St. James, Minnesota. For over 40 years, we’ve been raising hogs and bringing them to local lockers for friends and family — and now we’re opening that circle to include our community.

We’re a true family farm — family-owned, family-operated, and family-worked. We raise the animals. We do the work. And we take pride in sharing the same high-quality, humanely raised pork and beef that we put on our own table.
